Description
This Sports Medicine Nurse Practitioner serves as an advanced-practice provider within a busy academic orthopaedic department supporting the Sports Medicine Division. This position will primarily work out of the acclaimed Marshall Sports Medicine Institute and its satellite offices throughout the Tri-State area. The incumbent delivers exceptional, patient-centric care by treating patients independently in the office setting, serving as a first assistant in the operating room, and providing continuity of care between physician visits.

Marshall Orthopaedics is an academic-based physician group affiliated with Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligibility for an unrestricted West Virginia and Ohio Nurse Practitioner license.
- Immediately eligible & willing to be a first assistant in the operating room.
- Experience in orthopaedics or sports medicine is preferred.
